The recipe for our salad dressing came from Anna Rossini, mother of the company owner Rüdiger Unverdruss. The sauce was served as a dressing for various salad specialties in various family restaurants.

The good feedback from the many guests prompted the family to initially offer their sauce from a regional retailer. Here, too, the taste was convincing right from the start, so that demand increased significantly within a very short time and more and more retailers were including the salad dressing in their ranges.

We produce our salad dressing in Schorndorf near Stuttgart. We only use selected and high-quality ingredients. Because only if these are right, the quality of our end product is also right. Serving tasty, traditional home cooking has always been our family's motto. And you can taste that.
